[TYPO3] Range of value instead of 1by1 selection

Hi guys,

does anyone know if it is possible to select a range of value instead of 
each value 1 by 1.
 now: catList = 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10

can i have catList = [1-10] or smthg?
