Why is it rude to insist that people seeking help on the mailing lists
provide some basic information? YOU did this, the original poster did
not. In the message I replied to, the original poster said:

By itself, this is _useless_ information. Had the original poster seen
fit to provide some relevant code expalining how the TYPO3 sample
differed from the plain html sample, the problem could likely have
been solved in a few minutes. As it is, nobody provided any new
information for SEVEN MONTHS...
