[TYPO3] 4.0 Extension Manager Issues

Hey Ryan..had the same prob.

Try this.
Go to apache\bin and open php.ini remove the ; in front of 
extension=php_curl.dll
Go to your install tool and make a mark in the curluse checkbox.
