[TYPO3] Can I configure default from and select default newsletter using typoscript ?

Hello List,

I am working on a restricted backend user. I want to configure a
predefined email address for use on new news articles, newsletters, or
other extensions.
How would I configure the value for "Reply name:" for example ? I
guess I have to add some lines in the TSconfig: field for the
user/group or for the direct mail extension. If it's predefined would
it be possible to hide those fields ?
