[TYPO3] rss feed import into tt news having dates of 01.01.1970

I have set up a rss import using the extensions:
cc_rdf_news_import
xml_ttnews_import

The imported rss feeds are having a date of 01.01.1970

How can I change it to be the date of the published
document.
<pubDate>Wed, 05 Jul 2006 17:58:00 GMT</pubDate>

rss feed:
http://news.google.com/news?hl=en&ned=us&q=call+center&ie=UTF-8&output=rss

Please assist.
