[TYPO3] databse.sql missing from Typo3 4Beta2

Hi All,

I figured I must be missing something somewhere as I would have thought 
this to have been reported already, but, there is no database.sql file 
in the dummy-4.0beta2.tar.gz file from SF.

Can someone point me in the right direction? is the file from beta1 OK, 
I thought I remember seeing somewhere that patches had been made to the 
DB in Beta2.
