[TYPO3] Conflict between ingmar_accessctrl and beko_improved_login

look at the ext_localconf.php files of both plugins.
If they have
this kind of rows:

$TYPO3_CONF_VARS[TYPO3_MODE]['XCLASS']['tslib/class.tslib_content.php']

for the SAME core file they are incompatible.
This is common problem in Typo3
