ok - wrong place. The next wide possibility is to set page TS config

ok. user group is reasonable place for TS Config setting overall.
individual user might have exceptions

Yes. Under what setting. I have been a little bit lazy in some issues.
core files have used mod.web_list, which I used too for setups, which 
don't belong to there.

I found that default setting are stored in session cookies but my 
extension don't. Why setting should be such that they take effect after
next logging in?
