You keep saying this, but your complaint doesn't make a lot of sense
IMO. If you use one of the rewrite rule based url schemes
(simulateStaticDocuments or RealURL), then virtually all your internal
links will be of the same form*. This will be true with links created
in the RTE, in menu objects and by all extensions that make proper use
of the Typo3 API.

Sure, _external_ links may use other formats, but how will the
webmasters of external sites or visitors get links in different forms
if you've set up ssd or RealURL in the first place?
