[TYPO3] Auto-Parser doesn't seem to work

Apart from doing what Rob De Vries has said, do not forget to put any 
content inside the div or td that you're planning to get substituted.

ie :

<div id="copy_hz_bar">

<!-- Swap me -->

</div>
