[TYPO3] <typolist> ???

instead of returning a list, my lists look like:
<typolist>
frfr
rfr
fr
rfr
ffr
frfr
</typolist>

in code this looks like:

&lt;typolist&gt;

and only in one part of a website... and all of a sudden... I didn't do 
a thing?... weird stuff typo3
