[TYPO3] HELP -> LOCALCONF-> empty after upload...??is it all gone now??

or can anyone give me a default localconf...? so I can see what's in it 
and maybe try to  repair it??? This is really nasty. I now managed it 
with a simple localconf.php, which makes my frontend work, but I can't 
get in my backend anymore.Still the same error... help...
