[TYPO3] HELP -> LOCALCONF-> empty after upload...??is it all gone now??

ok  I wanted to add these two lines to my localconf.php:

$TYPO3_CONF_VARS["BE"]["fileExtensions"]["webspace"]["deny"] = '';
$TYPO3_CONF_VARS["BE"]["fileExtensions"]["webspace"]["allow"] = '*';

apparently after uploading something went wrong and the content of it 
was reduced to 0... now I get the errors:

The current username, password or host was not accepted when the 
connection to the database was attempted to be established!
Database Error

Even worse: by accident I deleted the localconf file on my pc... is 
there anyway to get it back working now or is everything lost???
