[TYPO3] Document Management System

Hi All

Thanks for showing interest. But still I am in dark about the plugin for
Document Management System and my first three requirements:

1. Front End (FE) users can log on and upload document (*.doc and *.pdf).
2. They can update versions (only those document which they have ownership)
3. Search upon the document content.

really? would it be enough to assign a group to the record?
if you want absolutely no downlaod possibility, you should put the files
outsite the web root
check the various file download ext already in the TER, many do it

right now i haven't checked the latest exts, but i'd wait for 4.0 with new
DAM and develop it with it.
