[TYPO3] defaultstylesheet.css problem?

Dear friends,

we have loaded two css in type3. Everything was going fine.
Then we installed the rtehtmlarea extension. 

Suddenly typo3 started applying a default css to the pages. 

This default css is:

http://127.0.0.1/~symbulos/typo3/dummy-3.8.1/media/scripts/defaultstylesheet.css

but I never configured typo3 for using it.

Can anyone explain?
