[TYPO3] migration to TYPO3 v4 + TV

Well then something has gone wrong, because previously our urls were like this index.php?id=12#content12 with the link in the page like this <a href="content12">text</a>, and while the link in the text has not changed the URL is now index.php?id=12#ccontent12 which offcause breaks the functionality.
