[TYPO3] something strange in guestbook email response

hi

I'm testing TYPO3 3.8 with Dummy package on Linux machine.

I installed the ve_guestbook extention and worked fine except as I type in Korean.

It seems no problem in the browser screen because I can see the Korean correctly.
But the problem is in the email response. It give me below instead ...

There is a new entry in your guestbook:

Name: 한글 입력
E-Mail: aa
Place: asdf
Website: http://asdf
Message: 한글
----------------------------------------------

The all &#number parts should be replaced to coresponding Korean letters.

Anybody can help me ?
