[TYPO3] Corrupt Extension Manager

Sounds like you got two or more lines in localconf.php containing the 
$TYPO3_CONF_VARS['EXT']['extList'] var.

Merge them together and everything will work fine. At least it works for 
me. I think it has something to do with the parsing of localconf.php in 
3.8+ but I'm not sure.
