[TYPO3] https_enforcer and RealURL together?

Hello all,

anyone successful on using https_enforcer and RealURL together with 
Typo3 3.8.1?

https_enforcer works fine without RealURL with this typoscript:

[globalVar = TSFE:page|tx_httpsenforcer_force_secure = 0]
   config.baseURL = http://www.vivant.org/t3/
[else]
   config.baseURL = https://www.vivant.org/t3/
[global]

But I get an error page with RealURL enabled:
Error. Reason: File "members" was not found!


I've spend hours working this out without any luck.  I don't even have a 
clue on how to debug this problem...
