[TYPO3] Link creating a new page into a menu

I found from

new page wizard in Frontend
Create a new page with frontend editing thanks to a own edit panel. 
Normale Frontend editing has to be working.

editPanelPage = COA
editPanelPage {
   10 = EDITPANEL
   10 {
     allow = new
     label = Page:<B>%s</B><br>&nbsp;Create Subpage
     line = 4
   }
}

Could thi possible - and how - add to the link state CUR
and create an extra link after the current page?
I tried but failed
