[TYPO3] Server - big enough (Athlon 1.2ghz)?

Would an Athlon 1200mhz with 256Mb be suffiecient for a server to run 
TYPO3 in general - not speaking about trafic-load?

We are going to host some low-trafic pages. Probably 10-20 sites within 
this year (later on we would switch to a faster machine).

So the question is really how much should I expect to be able to host on 
this machine?
