[TYPO3] Backslashes in Hash values

Hi,

Typo seems to be adding slashes in Hash values like: class=\"class stored in 
the cache_hash table.
My css styled layout doesn't show correct no more after this happens.
It seems to be doing this randomly and when I clear all cache the problem is 
solved, but after a while it reocurs.

I have no clue as to why and how this happens.
Anybody got any clues?
