[TYPO3] RealURL does not encode URL for two pages

Hi!

I found a strange problem. There is an old site with typo3 installation.
Recently it was upgraded to 4.0 beta 1 and realurl was installed.
Everything works ok except that URLs for two pages are not encoded.
Clearing caches, reinstalling realurl does not help. Here is what I got
in the site map on the parent page:

<p><a href="aarstnieciskais-uzturs/alergija/">Alerģija</a></p>
<p><a href="aarstnieciskais-uzturs/celiakija/">Celiakija</a></p>
<p><a href="aarstnieciskais-uzturs/aarstee-daba/">Ārstē Daba</a></p>
<p><a href="index.php?id=11">Piena nepanesamība</a></p>
<p><a href="aarstnieciskais-uzturs/dietologija/">Dietoloģija</a></p>

Forth link is not encoded. Regardless of what I do it stays the same.
Page header looks the same for all these pages: standard, no subtemplate
(site uses TemplaVoila).

Another such page:

Did anyone experience the same problem? Any ideas what can be wrong?
