[TYPO3] cannot find 'adodb' in TER

Just for clarity: DBAL is fairly mature, and it uses adodb. Both are 
system extensions now, so they ship with 4.0.

However, if you try to install dbal, you need adodb installed, which is 
shy, so you have do display shy extension, install adodb and then dbal.

I find this a little confusing for newbies, going to ask Karsten whether 
it would be better to make dbal and adodb non-shy, or both shy.
