[TYPO3] Unicode (UTF-8) and SQL question(s)

Thank you very much both of you (Irina and Daniel)

Your combined answer made the way through for me. Just force Typo3 to
display utf-8 and re-map Templa Voila. 

Voila! It is working, so now I just have a lot of work to do, with
correcting the text.
