[TYPO3] TYPO3:How can set a php file to be run after uploading or deleting or renaming files?

Hi
I want to to set for some user , every time he wants to upload or rename or
delete images through Images(In the left side under the filelist) a function
in a php file to be runned. How can I do that?
Is it possible to send the name of uploaded or deleted images to that
function ? If it's possible , how ?
Please if it's possible for you and you have enough time write complete
details and don't answer briefly .
