[TYPO3] 60 seconds PHP timeout

Hi,
In order to Learn Typo3 I installed 3.8.1 in my local Windows XP machine. 
It works just fine. Then I installed Beta2 and after some fighting I got 
it working too.  The main problem was the PHP 60 seconds timeout while doing 
COMPARE.   On my local machine I could manage that issue but my concern is 
what should I expect on the real Linux server. 

Any tip?  Thank you.
