Hi,

I don't think it will be much different. But don't worry about it. 
These COMPAREs are only done when upgrading, and you don't do that very often. 
Anyway, beta2 is 4.0, and a lot changed between to two. If you don't have a 
site that you need to port over, just install a fresh 4.0 (beta2) from 
scratch - it will save you some trouble.
