that needs rewriting existing value or create a plugin.
and that doesn't support multiple languages.
ext_tables.php normally refers to locallan*.* files
and editing those you can get for desired language new label.
for example tm_contentaccess has in a language names of the
columns.
Somebody says that it could be possible to define own language files
to replace those, which plugins use normally.
Unfortunately there is no easy way to change language labels in BE
like it is easy to change FE language labels using TypoScript.
