Hello,

On a French intranet, I have a problem with the date. December in french is 
"décembre" but it is displayed as "dÃ©cembre". Accents are correctly encoded 
in news texts and all other parts of the site.

Why is there a problem with the date ?

Am I missing a TS config ?
