[TYPO3] Any ideas on spam protection?

There is currently no solution besides using a different plugin which has
captcha support.

Captcha support for the FORM objects is ready to be used, but not published
yet. I guess the feature will be available with TYPO3 4.1 at least. Until
then, you will need to modify your sources manually...
