[TYPO3] 403 Forbidden on Link Addition in Plain HTML

Hey Martin,

I read a thread in a topic about that 
(http://www.netenberg.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=3924), but it talks about 
500 Internal Server Errors I don't have.  Also, I'm hoping that "http://" is 
not a term that's blocked!

Nevertheless, I'll ask about that and see what I can find, since I'm sure 
it's something to do with the server.

Any additional ideas would be greatly appreciated,
