[TYPO3] EXT module link to List????

i add $MCONF['script']='../../../../typo3/db_list.php'; in conf.php of 
my extension, how can i let the module know which folder contain  my 
plugin, for example: i have folder with id =2 , and i want to load it 
when i click on my Modue in BE
