[TYPO3] change default language

Thank you for your answer Dmitry!

What i want is to make my default language (dutch = 0) my second (1),
and make my second langauge (english = 1) default (0).

I want this cause there's another language coming up and i want to copy 
the deafult language all the time in the backend.

Does anybody has a solution for this?
