[TYPO3] can't logon to new installation?

In that case, my idea will not work.  You need access to either 
php.ini, or the apache-config used for you virtual host.

The switching IP addresses will only effect the session, if Typo3 
stores the requesting IP address in the session.  I don't know, if 
that's the case.  Maybe there is an option in the install tool?

Simple sessions, with rely only in the session-ID will work even 
with changing IPs.
