[TYPO3] Best way to build a form

Hello.
I am fairly new to Typo3, and i have started building a site.
This question concerns how i best can build a subpage like this :
http://www.coachkontakt.dk/form.html
and how i can database enable it, so that the submitted fields will be 
stored in specific tables.

I know this is a very common procedure, but i just find that there is so 
much information that i dont know where to look, and which way is the best 
to do it.

I am using TV on my page.
