Hi all. I am working on a frech typo3 installation. It was installed 
using fantastico. When I go to the install tool change forceCharset and 
try to save the new configuration I get the following:

Not Acceptable
An appropriate representation of the requested resource 
/typo3/install/index.php could not be found on this server.


Any and all hints are appreciated.
