[TYPO3] now looking to simply remove an extension manually

I have the error;

PHP Fatal error:  Cannot instantiate non-existent class:  
  tx_ameoshtmlheader_pi1 in
  /usr/hosting/typo3_src-3.7.0/t3lib/class.t3lib_div.php

So now my idea is to simply remove the ameoshtmlheader extension manually. 

I have moved the ./ext/ameoshtmlheader directory into another world
but I still get the same apache error. Any help to remove this extension
manually would be great.
