[TYPO3] upload path for multiple websites on single install

upload path for multiple websites on single install 

Can the upload path or the path that files are placed
into after being uploaded from the rich text editor be
specified in that websites template (typo script
config).
The creation of alternate paths to the following
uploads or temp folders using typo script on website
by website basis.
Typo3temp
>> menu
>> pics
uploads
>> media
>> pics
Please assist. Thank You
