[TYPO3] How to limit access to LIVE Workspace

Hello guys,

scrolling through the newsgroup it seems that not so many play with
workspaces so far.

Because I do, the question came up how I can restrict the access to the
LIVE workspace for reviewers and member of my workspace? As long as they
have access to the LIVE, they can publish, what is not wanted.

Can somebody point me to the right direction?
