[TYPO3] How to limit access to LIVE Workspace

Damn, this newsgroup is really great. Asked myself for hours, posted the
question and found the answer myself the next minute! ;-)

If one removes the LIVE workspace in a user oder group setting, then this
user doesn't have rights to publish anymore (Workspace permissions:).
