[TYPO3] [Typo3] fe_rtenews page does not load in XP with IE

Hi,

I am having the same issue with:
Typo3 v4
     rtehtmlarea 1.2.0

      tt_news 2.2.41

      fe_rtenews 1.3.1


did anyone find a solution?
