[Typo3] Giving non-admin user access to see the Logs

Hi all,

I have given a user who is not an admin access to the "Web->Info" section so 
that she can review the Log and see any changes that other users have made, 
even if she select "All Users" from the dropdown.

However, she can only see here own changes.   What do I need to enable to 
allow her to see the rest of the changes by all of the users in the system.
