[Typo3] TYPO 3.8 and RealURL a stable solution

I'm in doubt:
tons of dead links on www.typo3.org like
http://typo3.org/community/service-offerings/consultancies/601/?tx_t3consultancies_pi1%5Bpointer%5D=0&cHash=7661187ac5

lost deep links on Google
lost know-how as deep links comes up with "keyword for a postVarSet" not 
set.

It seems to me to be the second time that TYPO3 is burning knowledge as 
before there was the problem with ruined MD5 hashes.
So Realurl AND TYPO3 3.0 is pretty experimental. Isn't it?
