[Typo3] Gmenu_ foldout not working

GMENU_FOLDOUT  sucks! 
It has several faults and only works on 2 levels. :(

I made an alternative, using TMENU and javascript.
It uses plain unordered lists (UL/LI) to generate the menu, and works with unlimited levels.
