[Typo3] External URL Link not working

Hi Daniel, and Everyone else

Anyway, I'm still having problems with the External URL not working.  It 
presently just goes to a page showing the template of my site with no 
content.  I need it to redirect to an External URL like it says it would.

I checked the constant editor and it's set to target '_blank'.  Any other 
ideas?
