[Typo3] Multilanguage portal ???

Hi Damir,

if you can use TYPO3 3.8 you don't need to build a new tree for a new
language, just use the standard multilanguage functions of that
version. In this way you can build a "virtual" second tree that uses
the same ID of the original page plus the second language parameter.
So the pages can be reacheable with "index.php?id=1&L=2".

But a lot of old extensions are not suitable with this sistem, so
you have to "upgrade" or rewrite the old extensions, or duplicate the
site tree BUT with different pages ID.
