[Typo3] Email notification enabled for the t3us forum

Hello all,

Email notifications for new postings to watched threads and conferences 
has been enabled for the TYPO3 US forum. Thanks to Chris (planethttp) 
for the community-building suggestion!

You can now subscribe to threads you wish to watch either by selecting 
the conferences at the top of your profile, or by selecting the "watch 
conference/thread" links above the forum breadcrumbs in the forum 
header. Notifications are emailed every 5 minutes.
