If you're asking a question you're in no position to change these rules 
because they are made by people who *answer*. And a lot of people 
(including myself) that regularly answer questions here are tired of 
those people who get a correct answer for free and then start whining 
because of perceived impoliteness or insults (as if I needed Joey's 
answer to realize that someone has no idea what he/she is doing with TYPO3)
