[Typo3] Creating and maintaining large amount of FE users

Hi All

 

Is there a simple way to maintain large amounts of FE users?

 

For an intranet of a big EU project I have like 20 categories and over 200
users. Currently I create the users manually and select all groups manually
(per user) in the backend.

It would be a great help to have an overview page spreadsheet alike were you
can set and check the access rights in one blow.

 

Is there a way? Anyone experience in maintaining lots a users with lots a
groups?

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
